Nourish and Nurture

For Families with Young Children

Are you seeking a more authentic, purposeful, and engaged life as an individual and a parent?

Join us for an opportunity to nourish yourself and your family through open discussions about Jewish values and parenting. Together we will explore our aspirations and bridge the gap between our intentions and our daily lives.

Rabbi Steph Kennedy will lead this series, drawing on relevant Jewish wisdom to help us examine how we want to live, and ways to align our real lives with our ideals.

WHO: Families with young children aged 0 to Pre-K

WHEN: The second Sunday of every month, October to                  June, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

WHERE: Hosted in the homes of participants, typically in                  the Berkeley-Oakland area

HOW: The program fee is $380

This fee includes:

  • $300 per family for 9 sessions.

  • Additionally, each family is required to pay an $80 childcare assistance fee. This contributes towards the shared costs of childcare and totals $9 for 2 hours of childcare at each session.

Your registration will be complete once we receive a non-refundable deposit of $50 or the full tuition payment. You may divide your payment into installments or pay in full when you register.

We offer a $50 discount per family for two families enrolling together, provided that at least one of the families is new to the program.

What Parents Have Said...

"We look forward to this group. Getting out of the house when you have two little kids takes a lot, but my husband and I make it a priority because we gain so much from the sessions."

"I found what I'd been wanting for years -- a place to be with smart, interesting, insightful parents, to look into big issues of meaning, in our lives in general, and as parents. Our sessions were one of the highlights of my month."
