Rosh Hashanah with Jewish Baby Network
Sunday, September 14 • 10:30 am-12:00 pm
Berkeley
Celebrate the new year with Rabbi Steph and Jewish Baby Network! We’ll sing, dance, craft, play with the parachute, and welcome the new year together by the bay.
For families with kids 0-5 years old.

Reverse Tashlich Waterway Clean-Up
Sunday, September 28 • 10 am-12:30 pm
Berkeley
On Rosh Hashanah, we gather at the water’s edge for Tashlich, symbolically casting away our mistakes as we begin the new year. Reverse Tashlich takes that ritual one step further by removing actual trash and pollution from our shoreline to help heal the world.
Join us for this family-friendly, hands-on cleanup. For families with kids 4 and up, younger children are welcome with adult supervision.
Grab Coffee with Rabbi Steph

We’d love to get to know your family one-on-one! Schedule time to grab a coffee (or tea) with our Family Learning Director, Rabbi Steph Kennedy. In addition to welcoming you to the Jewish Gateways community, she’ll answer questions, connect you to Jewish resources, and help you navigate what Judaism looks like for you and your family.
